FAQ

What does out-of-network mean?

I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance carriers, which means that you can use out-of-network benefits if you have them. Nonetheless, I want to ensure that you have access to the 1-on-1 care that you deserve and will work with you to come up with a payment plan that works. Upon request, a superbill will be provided to you with all necessary diagnostic and treatment codes to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is relative to your individual plan and I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

Do you also offer training?

Helping you meet your performance goals is part of what I do! From injury to performance, I am there for you! However, if I am not the right person to help, I have plenty of others to refer you to. Again, I believe in transparency and will let you know if I do not believe I am capable of helping.

How many times do you usually see your clients?

It depends, though on average, 3-6 visits is the usual number unless you are recovering from surgery. That means less time spent doing rehab and more enjoying life!

How do you accept payment?

At the moment, cash payments must be settled on the spot with cash, credit card or money transfer (e.g Venmo, Zelle, PayPal). HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

Can I do the exercises you show without seeing a doctor?

Not necessarily. My exercises are suggestions and are by no means intended to replace a more thorough assessment and evaluation of your condition.
